We bought a golf cart for our property in Myrtle Beach, this thing makes trips to the beach a breeze and no more sand in our cars.

When I was a kid, my dad was managing the building of golf courses, they had carts that were setup for mild off-roading to get around during construction , before SxSs were a thing and they called them m ighty-go, instead of EZ-GO. Your picture is what they looked like.
